Following the completion of two density options for the site in Bosham, we are now progressing to RIBA Stage 3 (Pre-Planning). This stage will focus on refining the design, incorporating feedback, and preparing detailed proposals to support the pre-planning process. Our goal remains to deliver a sustainable and efficient master plan that complements the local character and meets the project's objectives.
