This significant project focuses on the expansion and refurbishment of the Berners-Lee Building at the Havering campus.

As part of this development, we are overseeing the construction of a new teaching block, which includes the partial demolition and extension of existing facilities. The new block will house eight General Teaching Classrooms, increasing the campus's capacity by up to 200 students aged 16 to 18.

Our goal is to achieve a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating for this project, ensuring the highest standards of environmental sustainability throughout the design and construction process.
