Our latest project, Bullers Close, developed in collaboration with Unica Group, has received planning approval and is scheduled to begin on site in early November 2024. This development incorporates the Turo catalogue of pre-designed homes, showcasing over 20 years of expertise in sustainable and efficient building design.

The project comprises 15 dwellings, including two six-bedroom homes, four five-bedroom homes, and nine four-bedroom homes, along with associated car parking and external works. All homes are designed to meet M(4)2 accessibility standards, with two specifically tailored to M(4)3 fully accessible standards, ensuring inclusivity and flexibility for future residents.
