Our team is currently working on an exciting development for our client, Unica Group. This project involves the design of 22 sustainable, two-storey homes near Doncaster, combining traditional and modern design features. The homes will showcase brick exteriors, slate tile roofs, and distinctive entrance doors integrated into bay windows.

As the project progresses from RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 3, our focus remains on creating eco-friendly homes that complement the character of the surrounding area, blending sustainability with thoughtful design.
