This project included the preparation of planning documents, building control drawings, and site assistance for the extension of a private home, as well as the addition of an outbuilding designed for use as a gym.

The house was transformed from 3 to 6 bedrooms, incorporating a generous open-plan kitchen and dining area, a home office, and a master bathroom. The newly added outbuilding provides a dedicated fitness space, enhancing the functionality and lifestyle of the property.

The project also improved the home’s thermal efficiency, upgrading its energy performance rating from D to C. This was achieved through the integration of an air source heat pump and solar panels as part of the upgraded heating system, making the property more sustainable and energy-efficient.
