This project involved the design development, technical detailing, and site assistance for an energy-efficient family bungalow in Mitcham, London.

Collaborating as part of a Design and Build (D&B) team led by the main contractor, we served as architects and lead designers for this Passivhaus-standard eco-home.

The bungalow was thoughtfully designed to provide a spacious and comfortable family living space while achieving exceptional energy efficiency, with annual energy costs estimated to be in the region of just £200.
